Ziraiolo® is produced from the expert mixture of olives from four species of plants: Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio, and Dolce Agogia. All the types of olive trees mentioned are recognised for the production of optimal quality fleshy olives and for a marked resistance to the external influences so as to allow elevated, but constant productions, in yield and quality. The whole cultivation process is by organic methods that do not use extraneous or risky substances, products or treatments. |
