Ziraiolo® is produced exclusively from olives of the "La Fonte" Estate situated in Agello, in the common of Perugia in Umbria.

It is well-known that, even if in relation to the different cultures and relative tastes, the best oil is that produced in the area of east Tuscany, Umbria, West Marches and North Lazio. Therefore thanks to the mild climatic conditions, the fruit is allowed to ripen slowly so as to cause an extremely low level of acidity with the complete absence of saltiness, present in the zones near the sea.

The gently sloping hills on which the olive trees of Ziraiolo® are grown, are right in the heart of this area, the centre of Umbria, chosen for the oil production. It offers not only the D.O.P certification, but also the right altitude, the perfect humidity, and the absence of harmful thermal conditions.
