At any moment the customer can take advantage of the rights provided in Section 13 of Italian Law D.Lgs. 30 june 2003, n. 196 , by addressing himself to the manager of data treatment for information, changes, or cancellations. By filling in the order form, the customer expresses his consent for treating and communicating his personal data for the purpose of executing of escape and dispatching the order.

THE RIGHT TO RESCIND AN ORDER

The right to rescind is granted by the D.Lgs. 30 june 2003, n. 196. Indeed you have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any explanation for the duration of 10 working days starting from the day in which you receive the products. To return the goods it is sufficient to inform us that you want to withdraw from the contract (by indicating the option that you want us to give your money back: Money Transfer, Cheque, etc.) with a telegram adressed to Società Agricola La Fonte s.s., via Settevalli 702, 06129 Perugia (PG), or by faxing the number 075 5287847.
In case of withdrawing from purchasing, the transport costs is at the client expense and in order to rescind the returned goods must be substanceally integral and undamaged. (D.Lgs. 30 june 2003, n. 196 ).
