As soon as the olives arrive at the olive-press, they are pressed by the cold-pressing process to assure a constant and authentic result.

From this careful and controlled ancient process, Ziraiolo®, the extra-virgin olive oil is obtained from the first pressing.
The agricultural company "La Fonte" distributes Ziraiolo® in prestigious 0.50 and 0.75 litre glass confections and in l.5 litre tins.
